Q. What are the requirements to receive the $1,000 voucher toward my home loan closing costs?
This limited time offer is being extended to Chickasaw citizens and employees on home loans with application dates between June 1, 2018, through August 31, 2018. The Chickasaw citizen or employee must be named on the loan.
Applicants must meet all loan product and underwriting criteria as well as complete a home purchase or refinance with Bank2 to receive the $1,000 voucher at time of closing. The voucher applies only to closing costs and is not redeemable for cash or combinable with another offer.

Fees associated with closing costs such as property appraisals, title fees, home inspection fees, mortgage application/loan origination fees and others.
Q. Does the $1,000 voucher apply to any type of loan?
As long as the loan is a first-lien long-term mortgage on a primary residence, most types of home loans qualify for the $1,000 voucher. HUD-184**, Conventional, and FHA loans are examples of loans that qualify. If you’re interested in the $1,000 voucher to help cover your home loan closing costs, talk with your Mortgage Loan Officer to confirm the type of loan you choose qualifies for the special offer.
Q. How do I apply?
There is no application process for the voucher itself. As long as you complete a home purchase or refinance on an owner-occupied home with an application date between June 1, 2018, through August 31, 2018, you will receive the $1,000 voucher certificate at the time of closing. The $1,000 will be used to offset your total closing costs.
Q. Can I use this on my home’s second mortgage or on a home improvement loan?
No. This offer is available to applicants on first-lien purchase or refinance home loans for their primary residence.
Q. I’ve heard some banks will inflate the loan’s interest rate to offset lender credits like discounts on closing costs. Will participation in this voucher program affect the interest rate I receive on the loan itself?
No. The $1,000 voucher certificate you sign at closing is a true cost-savings to you. Electing to participate in the voucher program does not affect the interest rate you will pay for the life of the loan.
Q. Can this voucher be applied to the principal loan if the home purchase negotiations have resulted in the seller paying closing costs
No. This voucher only applies to closing costs paid by the loan applicant(s).
Q. Can I combine this voucher with the Chickasaw Housing Authority’s Grant?
Yes. This voucher may be combined with the Down Payment and/or Closing Cost Assistance Grant in applicable situations. If the sum of the grant and the voucher are greater than that of the loan’s closing costs, the voucher will be considered used in full and no cash will be issued for any remaining balance.
