Flexible Benefit Plans

Bank2 offers a competitive benefits package including, but not limited to, health, dental and vision insurance.  Other benefits include company paid life, short- and long-term disability insurance.  We also have an on-site counseling service at no cost to the employee.  All of these benefits  are effective with little or no waiting period. 

Bank2 offers robust retirement planning.   Our generous 401(k) plan matches dollar for dollar the first 5% you contribute and you are fully vested immediately. There is a 3 month waiting period to participate in the 401(k) plan.
